seems that "We the People" just cannot escape the tyranny of this
dictatorship and the brain dead RINO's who suck up to it. Here we have a
wide open southern border...... and the President says it has to stay
that way and prosecutes any state that dare enforce existing immigration
laws. (Arizona comes to mind) Then we have the same president importing
Muslims from the middle east and dispersing them across the
nation...... and that bothers no one. We have a minimum of 17 KNOWN
terrorist training camps in the United States..... and law enforcement
is prohibited by Obama's "Justice Department" from doing *anything*
about them because they say it is "profiling."
Does anyone remember that famous bit of history that was called the "Iron Curtain?" It was a heavily guarded barrier erected by communist dictators to keep their population from escaping to freedom. Well this ignorant bill more or less erects a paper version of that same tyrannical system and invests in ONE man the absolute power to decide which legal citizens can leave or re-enter the United States. Yes, dear friends, Lurch (aka John Kerry - who, by the way, served in Vietnam) will have unilateral discretion to decide if you can take that vacation you wanted....... and if you can come back into the country if you are already ON that vacation.
The part that chaps my ass the most is that it was a TEXAS REPUBLICAN member of the US House who made this asinine proposal and managed to sneak it through. Yep! Representative Ted Poe (R-TX) introduced what I suppose he thought was a great idea called "The Foreign Terrorist Passport Revocation Act" which allows the Obama administration to unilaterally revoke your passport and strip you of your right to travel while giving you NO recourse to protest. They don't even have to press charges and you get NO right to a trial.
Here is a question. Since when did the government of the United States issue passports to foreign terrorists??? Don't you first have to prove you are a legal citizen of the United States of America just to apply for a passport? (Which brings up the question of how in the hell did Obama manage to get one) That issue aside...... this administration has already stated that citizens KNOWN to have gone to fight for ISIS *cannot* be denied reentry into the United States!!! (Even though the Constitution says something entirely different)
Here is the catch that I'm sure Rep Poe failed to consider. Since this decision is unilateral....... and if you are out of the country for whatever reason...... if the Secretary of State decides you might be a terrorist........ you're stuck outside the country. The Department of Homeland Security has identified 72 separate categories or people as "potential terrorist threats" including Christians, Current or former members of the US military, the US Border Patrol, people who speak positively about freedom and liberty..... So the problem for Rep Poe....... and anyone else who Obama doesn't like...... is this: Do you suppose Poe and others are innocent of being able to be placed in just one of those categories? Remember...... this is no charge required and NO defense allowed IF singled out! So Mr. Poe could find himself vacationing in Cancun over a congressional recess...... and be denied reentry into the United States...... and there's not a damn thing he can do about it.
Talk about instantly eliminating the political opposition! And let's not forget the data bases of the FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, and 13 other agencies with a know working budget of 75 BILLION dollars keeping tabs on every move we make. Think they can't put together something suspicious if they want to??? Don't kid yourself.
Even Jesus was found guilty by the government of the time of actions they deemed criminal and worthy of death.
